A&R Electronic Developments Ltd aim at manufacturing runs in board quantities typically ranging from a few hundred to many thousands. However we also offer hand assembly for quantities lower than this- contact us for details.
We operate an automated surface mount facility together with capabilities for conventional components. All operations follow strict quality contol procedures conformant with ISO9001. We can place around 14,000 components per hour through our Dynapert and Mamiya lines and pride ourselves on giving quality results at a competitive price.
Placing 0603 sizes upto fine pitch QFP's, we handle the vast majority of SMD packages. In addition to the SMD capabilities, we also offer conventional assembly with reflow, wave or hand soldering techniques employed.
We have strong purchasing power and employ a motivated team of buyers ensuring that components are purchased competitively on a worldwide market, alternatively free issue components are equally acceptable.
Links with our design and development section facilitates added services such as provision of manufacturing test equipment or advising on compatible components should certain items of the partlist become unavailable.
