Getting Your PCB Tested Is An Easy Process

  1. Click on the shopping basket next to the repair price.
  2. Follow the checkout instructions - Although it will direct you to a Paypal site, you have the option of paying with a credit card on the webpage.
  3. Once you have paid, send me your PCB. Enclose your name & telephone number with the unit.
  4. The £50 charge includes a full test on the PCB to determine its functionality.
  5. This should take about 2 working days to complete, if no fault is found I send the PCB back to you with a report stating it's full functionality.
  6. If a fault is found I will contact you regarding a possible repair which will normally cost another £100 if you choose to go ahead with the repair, If you choose not to go ahead with the repair I send the faulty PCB back to you
  7. Ensure it is protected from normal postage handling. Enclose a name and contact telephone number with the PCB. Also enclose a brief description of the problem.

    Important Customs Information if sending items to me from overseas. Goods entering the UK for repair & return are not subject to any import duties but any charges imposed (due to incorrect customs declaration or any other reasons) will be the customers responsibility.

Is your Truma Combi Boiler faulty ??   -  Unsure whether the problem is due to the control PCB ??

You are in a dilemma - do you speculatively purchase a new PCB for £250 to £350 in the hope that this will solve your problem or do you scrap the complete unit because you can no longer obtain replacement PCB's for your model.

I can test your PCB to determine whether the problem lies in the PCB.

Simply checkout on the listing and send your PCB (not the complete boiler !!) to the address below, please include your name and a contact number and a brief description of the fault.

Please ensure that your PCB is similar to one of those in the listing photographs, if yours is not listed then please call me

Repair of Truma Combi Combustion Fan Assembly from Truma's latest design of Combi Boiler (C2, C4 & C6 + E Versions) with 12 month warranty on repair undertaken.

Is your Truma Combi Combustion Fan assembly faulty ??  

With replacement fan's costing over £250, I can test / repair your fan .

Simply checkout on the listing and send your fan assembly (not the complete boiler !!) to me, please include your name and a contact number.
The fan can easily be removed by the 3 screws around the perimeter. Also remove the loom from the PCB by releasing the catch and gently pulling off the wires. Put into a box and send.
Please ensure that your fan assembly is similar to the one in the listing photographs, if yours is not similar then please call me.
This should take about 2 working days to complete, if there is no fault on the fan, I return the assembly back to you. In these cases, I charge a £30 test fee so therefore I refund you £65 from your original payment.

Ensure your fan is protected from normal postage handling. Enclose a name and contact telephone number with your item.

Truma Combi Boiler C3402 C6002 Combustion Fan Repair

Repair of Truma Combi Combustion Fan Assembly from Truma's range of Combi Boiler (C3402, C4000, C6002 + Electric versions) with 12 month warranty.

Is your Truma Combi Combustion Fan assembly faulty ??  

With replacement fan's now obsolete, I can test / repair your fan .

Simply checkout on the listing and send your fan assembly (not the complete boiler !!) to me, please include your name and a contact number.

The fan can easily be removed by removing the loom from the PCB by releasing the catch and gently pulling off the wires then remove the plastic cover (2 Screws) then remove the air channel cover (6 screws). The small air temperature sensor PCB can be slid out of the plastic housing. Package carefully into a box and send as a complete unit still attached to the plastic air channel face (As per the listing photo).
Please ensure that your fan assembly is similar to the one in the listing photographs, if yours is not similar then please call me.
This should take about 2 working days to complete, if there is no fault on the fan, I return the assembly back to you. In these cases, I charge a £30 test fee so therefore I refund you £65 from your original payment.
